Monthly Mow with Brett Autographed Favre Jersey Contest

No purchase necessary to enter or win. Contest ends at midnight on the last day of each month, March 2008 thru September 2008. Entries must be submitted online at www.snapper.com by 11:59pm on the last day of each month. Mail and fax entries not permitted. Visit www.snapper.com and click on the Contest link to enter via the Internet. To enter, include your name, address, phone number, and email address. Limit one (1) entry per e-mail address. Entries become the property of Briggs & Stratton Corporation.
This Contest is offered only electronically via the Internet and is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The contest is void where prohibited by law.
The grand-prize winner will receive an autographed official Brett Favre jersey with a certificate of authenticity.
Winner is responsible for all taxes due on prize(s). Decisions regarding receipt and processing are final. No substitution of prizes can be made by the winner. Briggs & Stratton reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Employees of Briggs & Stratton and its advertising agencies and promotion companies, agents, subsidiaries and immediate families are not eligible.
Entry constitutes permission to use winner's name, photos, hometown and likenesses for publicity without any additional compensation. Grand-prize winner agrees to allow filming/videotaping. All federal, state and local laws apply. Web entrants must have a valid email address. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered.
The winner will be announced 12pm CST on the first of each month. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone and must respond to notification within two (2) days of the notification date. If notification is undeliverable or no response is received, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining runner-up entries. It is the responsibility of the entrant to notify Briggs & Stratton in writing if the entrant changes his/her email or home address after submission of entry. Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability within thirty (30) days of notification or an alternate winner will be selected. Briggs & Stratton will supply winner with release forms. Failure to obtain signed release forms will cause selection of an alternate winner. Briggs & Stratton will not be responsible for any claims against infringement of the right of privacy by the registration submitted.
